Hi and assalamualaikum everyone :) My name is Arina Agniya binti Anthony Danial. I am from Temerloh, Pahang Darul Makmur. Now, I am studying at UMK Pengkalan Chepa majoring in Bachelor of Business Administration (Islamic Banking and Finance) with Honors. In the establishment of this business, I was assigned in the sales and marketing department, which is in the editing of materials such as:
1) find materials and edit our product posters with interesting elements in editing applications such as Canva.
2) upload content or posters on social media with captions that can attract customers' attention like on Instagram.
3) I am also responsible for editing the Instagram feed so that it looks more attractive and also can help the customers in making a good choice of any of the products that we offer.
4) Ensure sales increase from month to month by making monthly promotions to customers.

- Learn to interact with customers well
-Ensure that all customer orders are sent to the agent to be posted.
-responsible for making sure the customer gets the item they bought is correct.
Besides that, I also help in the marketing part of my team, that is:

First of all I would like to introduce myself, my name is Siti Norfatiha binti mohd zuraidy(tiha), 22 years old , from Kuala Selangor. I'm currently studying my bachelor degree in Business Administration(Islamic Banking) at University Malaysia Kelantan. I'm one of the member from account and finance unit of Roszee. In account n finance unit, i manage to provide information for management regarding all the cost and activities of our business. Besides that, as one of the team member i also play the role in terms of sharing and give any kind of opinion regarding of our business.Not to be mention,as admin I also in charge of managing the company's Facebook and Instagram accounts. I will make sure both accounts are updated every week. I also help my team members in making sure there are new posts on ig and fb account. My friends and I also encourage people to follow us on both platforms by recommending to other friends. Due to the excellent cooperation given by each of us, we managed to ensure that both our platforms have enough followers and this has helped us a lot to achieve the objective of establishing Roszee. First of all, I will introduce a little bit about myself. My name is Nur Anasuha binti Mohamad from Marang, Terengganu. I’m studying Bachelor of Business Administration (Islamic and Banking and Finance) at University Malaysia Kelantan. For this E-commerce project:
- I was assigned as one of the members of the video team along with Siti Aisyah and Siti Arina.
- My scope of tasks included discussions with two other team members gathering materials and assigning work to design video clips for our products.
- In the process, I learned to use different platforms and apps to create videos that can attract people to watch. Good videos play a vital role in promoting a product and impressing and influencing customers to make a purchase.

My partner for website team is Nur Afiqah Athirah. My responsibilities are to create website for our business.At initially, the process of creating this website was difficult. We were finally able to begin the assigned project after spending time viewing the tutorial offered by our beloved lecturer. Being a member of a website team has taught me how to construct a website, and it has been an amazing journey to learn this. Aside from that, we constantly update our website with new merchandise, special discounts, and so on.

Hello! My name is Nur Afiqah Athirah binti Nazir. I'm from Temerloh, Pahang. I am studying in UMK Pengkalan Chepa in Bachelor of Business Administration (Islamic Banking and Finance) with Honours. I am one of the members of the Roszee group. I am responsible to create and manage website for our project. My partner is Salma Husna binti Ahmad Mahizan. At first it was quite difficult for us to find a website that was easy to use. Then, we plan to use wix as recommended by our lecturer. We start updating and improving the website every week. With the help of video tutorials provided and also the help of my partner, I was able to prepare and improve my knowledge about editing websites. It becomes a very fun experience and skill if we know how to use it.
